Concept render: immersive projection environment inside an 18,000 sq ft sound stage
Downtown Los Angeles · 20-Acre Campus · Concept Demo

The world's most advanced AI production campus.

Six 18,000 sq ft audience-rated sound stages. A dedicated dark-fiber run into One Wilshire — the Western United States' premier carrier hotel. Marziani InMersion Systems™ on the lot. One campus where AI filmmaking, content creation, and virtual production happen at the speed the work demands.

Section 01 — The Thesis

Number one is speed.

AI-native production doesn't bottleneck at the camera anymore. It bottlenecks at data — moving terabytes of RAW, plates, scans, and model weights between stage, edit, and cloud GPU. Most studios pretend their gigabit office internet solves this. It doesn't.

This campus was built for the new bottleneck. A documented Wilcon dark-fiber and 10G lit build runs directly into LA Center Studios, and Wilcon's key metro hub sits inside One Wilshire — the premier communications hub of the Pacific Rim, where roughly a third of all U.S.–Asia internet traffic passes and 300+ networks meet in the CoreSite Meet-Me Room.

That means cloud GPU render farms, model weights, and 4K–8K footage move at metro-fiber latency, not office-internet latency. The stage, the machine room, and the cloud become one room.

Layer Marziani InMersion Systems™ on top — a coordinated AI film studio, planar wavefront audio, and a next-generation compute architecture — and the campus closes the loop from first idea to finished master without ever leaving the lot.

Section 02 — The Stages

Six stages. 18,000 square feet each. Zero compromise.

The most technologically advanced sound stages in Los Angeles — audience-rated, floating wood floors, 150 tons of silent air.

Concept render: vast dark sound stage with light shaft

Every stage is audience-rated — built to hold live audiences, not just crews — with floating wood floors that isolate vibration and 150 tons of silent air handling that keeps even the quietest dialogue takes clean.

These stages have carried blockbusters and prestige television alike: Top Gun: Maverick, Mank, History of the World Part II, Westworld, Winning Time, Mad Men, and Iron Chef all shot here.

For AI and virtual production work, scale is the point: an 18,000 sq ft clear span swallows a full LED volume with room for camera runs, vehicle work, and audience experiences simultaneously.

STAGE SPEC 01

18,000 sq ft clear span

Six independent stages, each larger than most competitors' flagship volumes — room for LED walls, camera tracking runs, and practical builds in the same footprint.

STAGE SPEC 02

Audience-rated construction

Structurally and acoustically rated for live audiences — rare in LA, and essential when an AI-assisted show wants a crowd in the room.

STAGE SPEC 03

150 tons of silent air

HVAC engineered for production silence: full climate handling without a single audible cycle in the room.

Section 03 — The Lot

A 20-acre campus that is its own backlot.

Beyond the stages: 20 acres of practical locations — closed-off public streets, standing sets, a subterranean garage, loading docks, and a versatile lobby — shot by location managers for features, commercials, music videos, and stills for two decades.

The 12-story tower adds 450,000 sq ft of Class A offices for production, post, game studios, and creative companies — with build-to-suit options for AI teams that need machine rooms adjacent to their edit bays.

The campus has hosted everything from LA Food & Wine to Bethesda Game Studios, the NBA Players Association, Activision, DreamWorks, EA, and PwC — from 100-person affairs to 10,000-person events.

Section 04 — Arrival

Land on the lot. Vertically.

The campus's arrival layer is built for the way top-tier production actually moves: by air. A dedicated eVTOL vertiport for electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft — the Archer-class air taxis coming to Los Angeles — plus heavy-lift helicopter capacity sized for Sikorsky S-70i and S-70 FIREHAWK-class machines.

Concept render: eVTOL aircraft on a glowing vertiport pad at night

eVTOL vertiport. A dedicated landing pad for electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft — the Archer-class network rising across Los Angeles — putting the campus minutes from anywhere in the basin, airborne, above the traffic that costs productions hours.

Helicopter-capable. The arrival environment is sized for Sikorsky S-70i and S-70 FIREHAWK-class twin-engine helicopters — aircraft that carry crews, gear, and executives straight onto the lot.

Talent lands, walks into hair and makeup, and steps onto the stage. No freeway, no convoy, no motorcade. In a town where time is the most expensive line item, arrival by air is the last speed advantage the campus adds.

Section 05 — Experiences On The Lot

Inside the stages: worlds, not screens.

Through our resident experience-design practice, any of the six stages becomes an environment people walk into and remember — shared-reality domes, holographic performance, concert-scale scenography, sensory fields, and brand reveals. The same rooms that shoot the content can premiere it.

Section 06 — The Technology Layer

Marziani InMersion Systems™, resident on the lot.

The campus's resident technology stack unites four systems into one production pipeline — AI filmmaking, planar wavefront audio, next-generation compute, and immersive experience design.

Concept render: planar audio array wall with gold edge lighting

Marziani Cinema™ — a coordinated AI film studio that carries a project from first draft to finished scene: story, characters, cinematography, sound, and effects, directed in plain English, with 4K camera footage and 70 mm IMAX scans as first-class citizens.

Planar Matryxx™ arrays turn a stage into a coherent wavefront instrument, and the wider InMersion stack reaches from AI production through immersive installation design.

It is the difference between renting a stage and working inside a built-for-purpose AI production instrument.
